To the Editor:
Laura Moran here. I am in the process of putting together the FindArt / First Fridays Poetry and Art show as a culmination of both 2010 programs.
I am collecting all/any poems that were written about the Picturing America artwork presented at First Fridays and read throughout 2010.
The show goes up on Saturday, February 12th. If you would like your poems included in the gallery show, please send them to me by Thursday, February 11th.
The Artist and Poet Reception is Saturday, February 19th from 3-5pm.
The public is welcome to attend this celebration of art, words, and creative joy!
All FindArt families and First Friday poets should come see their artwork exhibited and even read a poem (if they send me an email by Thursday, February 17th.)
