MONTICELLO, NY (August 31, 2011) – Sullivan County Manager David Fanslau issued the following statement: "The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has opened toll-free telephone numbers for residents to report damage, and commence the application process for federal aid for damage to privately owned property from the impacts of Hurricane Irene:
