Update on the Status of Sullivan County Roads

MONTICELLO, NY (September 1, 2011) – Sullivan County Manager David Fanslau has announced that “County roads are all open and passable. Two town roads are closed due to county bridge issues: Hunter Road (TH 39) in Neversink (due to CB 411) and the Pine Kill Road (TH 33) in Mamakating (due to CB 269).
In both of these cases the bridge is okay but the approach to the bridge has been washed out. We expect to have both bridges open to traffic by the end of the day tomorrow,” said Fanslau
