JEFFERSONVILLE, NY (September 7, 2011) –  WJFF Radio Catskill will host its second annual “Wonderful Things” Auction on Saturday, September 10, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Jeffersonville Fire Hall in Jeffersonville, NY.

“Our listeners and friends have donated more than 250 items,” said Dawn Dorcas, President of WJFF’s Board of Trustees. “There is something for everyone in every category and at every price point starting at $2.00.”

Guests at the “Wonderful Things” Auction will browse items that include antiques and collectibles, romantic getaways, gift certificates for local restaurants and shops, fine jewelry, furniture, artwork, crystal, Tiffany-style lamps, pottery, dinnerware and much more. Each item’s opening bid will be a small fraction of its actual value.

“This is a great chance to help WJFF, your not-for-profit community radio station, and get yourself something wonderful for a song,” said Dorcas.

The suggested admission price for the “Wonderful Things” Auction is $5 which includes a complimentary glass of wine, but guests are also free to pay any price they wish.
