Petition/Meeting to Save the Pond Eddy Bridge

POND EDDY, NY (April 26, 2012) – The folks in Pond Eddy who are dedicated to saving the Pond Eddy 
Bridge have instituted an online petition, which can be found at http://www.change.org/petitions/save-the-pond-eddy-bridge.
In addition, an organizing meeting will be held on Saturday, April 28 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lumberland Town Hall, Glen Spey. Several organizations and individuals are planning to attend.
There are three items on the agenda:
· Discussion of the next-step strategies
· Plan for a “Rally on the Pond Eddy Bridge” – Saturday, May 19, 2012.
· Promotion of a new website and petition drive
