Isolated Spots In Otsego…Delaware And Sullivan Counties Still Have Temperatures Hovering Near The Freezing Mark. As A Result…In These Isolated Locations Freezing Rain Is Still Possible. In These Areas…Any Untreated Roadways Or Sidewalks Could Become Slippery.
