To the Editor:
In response to the post “Former SCCC Student Agrees That Lawsuit Diverts Funds from Education,”
this matter should not be swept under the rug again.
Something really needs to be done to assist those students that are qualified and should not have been dismissed.
Someone needs to be responsible at the college and bring this matter to an end or it will just continue.
Did you know that most other nursing programs will not accept credits from Sullivan County Community College! Does that say something about their program!
It’s not a lawsuit that will solve this problem.
The NYS Education Department should have investigated this on their own and not have it come down to a lawsuit.
Don’t let this fall in between the cracks!
