SULLIVAN & ORANGE COUNTIES, NY (November 1, 2015) – Catskill Regional Medical Center and Orange Regional Medical Center are interested in the health of Orange and Sullivan Counties and want to get feedback from residents about what they think of the health of our community. Beginning in October, the hospitals are looking for community members to complete an online community health assessment survey. The questions in the survey are designed to determine the key health issues in the community. Everyone who takes the survey is eligible to win a $50 gift card.
The survey will ask for opinions about topics such as: access to health care; exercise and physical activity habits; prevalence of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and stroke; alcohol and tobacco usage; cancer awareness; and healthy eating habits. The online survey will only take about 10 to 15 minutes. Holleran, a research firm located in Pennsylvania, will administer the online survey for both hospitals.
Sullivan County residents can access the survey at www.crmcny.org/CommunityHealthNeedsAssessment.
Orange County residents can access the survey at www.ormc.org/CommunityHealthNeedsAssessment.
